WHAT ARE WE DOING IN REGARDS TO COVID-19?
We value the safety of our customers and team very highly. As a result, we will be doing curbside drop off / pickups upon delivery. You'll be notified when we're about 10 minutes away from your address.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOY FREE, NUT FREE, GLUTEN FREE, OR ALLERGEN FREE?
All our products are made using tools and bowls that have come in contact with wheat, nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, and sugar. If you have a severe allergy, please keep in mind that we do our best in preventing cross contamination but we do not guarentee that our baked goods are allergen free.
Bread & Pastry Questions
DO WE INCORPORATE SOURDOUGH STARTERS IN ALL OUR PRODUCTS?
We are using sourdough starter when it enhances the outcome of the baked good. We don't want to add sourdough in everything for the sake of calling it a "sourdough baked good".
CAN WE HAVE OUR BREAD SLICED FOR OUR ORDER?
Unfortunately, we don't have a bread slicer at the moment. Also, we believe unsliced bread stays fresh for a longer period of time. The crust on the loaf acts as a natural barrier and prevents moisture loss.
I ORDERED TOO MANY COOKIES! HOW DO I STORE THEM?
WHY DO I NEED TO GIVE TWO DAYS NOTICE FOR MY ORDER?
Giving us two days notice will not only help us plan logistically but good bread takes time to ferment. A longer fermentation will allow the wild yeast and beneficial bacteria to work its magic! The results will be a flavorful bread that's easy to digest.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
We will be doing curb side deliveries between 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
