Orders
To help us logistically, we require orders to be placed 48 hours before the delivery date.
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know which day to expect your delivery. As you are checking out, please indicate (in the Notes) which day you would like your order to be delivered.
As a small bakery, our production capabilities are limited. You may receive an email from us if we can not fill your order for the requested date.

We have changed our delivery policy to be more customer friendly.
There will be free shipping on orders that have a flexible delivery date. Once we receive enough orders in your area, we'll confirm your order / delivery date. Please, do not e-transfer us until we have confirmed your order.
Upon checking out, please indicate "N/A" in the required text box. Use JOY2023 to bypass the delivery fee.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text when we are approximately 30 minutes away. Your delivery will be in the morning between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
You will receive a call/message when we're outside your building. We can wait or drop off your goodies at the porch / with concierge.

Free delivery will be available when your order is over $37.50
A surcharge of $5 will be placed on orders that do not meet the requirement.
Neighboring Areas (Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham & Pickering)
Free delivery will be available when your order is over $45
A surcharge of $7.50 will be placed on orders that do not meet the requirement.
